Varaha Avatar of Lord Vishnu
Varaha Avatar, the third avatar amongst the 10 Dashavatara of Lord Vishnu, is in the shape of a Boar. The Lord seemed like a boar toward defeat Hiranyaksha, an expert, who had taken the Earth plus carried it toward the bottommost of the cosmic sea. The avatar of Sarah indicates the renovation of the World from a pralaya (deluge) plus the creation of a new Kalpa (cosmic series). Varaha Purana, one of the main eighteen Mahapuranas, defines around the Varaha avatar of God Vishnu, as well as also around the release of the Prithvi.

Varaha Avatar Shrines of Lord Vishnu
There are many temples devoted to the Varaha Avatar of Lord Vishnu. Not as Vishnu’s avatar, and also in somewhat vague terms, Varaha features first in the Rig-Veda, however, it is in far along Vedic literature that the legend begins achievement in some form. In the Taittiriya Samhita Varaha is referred to as Prajapati’savatar.
